- Oversee the end-to-end renewal process for software licenses, ensuring timely and successful renewals.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their evolving needs.
- Proactively engage with clients to assess satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Develop and execute strategies to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the existing customer base
- Work closely with the sales and account management teams to understand customer profiles and tailor offerings to maximize revenue potential
- Leverage customer insights and market trends to recommend additional software solutions that align with clients' business objectives.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business challenges, and positioning software solutions as essential components for success
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the renewal process.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product management, to stay informed about new software releases, promotions, and industry trends.
- Communicate effectively with clients to educate them about the value of software renewals, upgrades, and additional products.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Generate reports on renewal performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance renewal rates.
